Seed Crackers

Seeded Crackers make a a great alternative to grain crackers.


  • 200g flaxseed
  • 150g Sesame seed yellow or mixed with black
  • 150g pumpkin seeds
  • 100g sunflower seeds
  • A generous pinch of good quality coarse sea salt
  • Dry herb of your choice (Optional)


In a bowl, combine all seeds and soak for 6-8 hours, overnight is best. Once soaked spread mixture on 2 baking sheets, sprinkle with salt.

Set in a dehydrator for 15-20 mins checking before 20 minutes not over dry it.

If using a regular oven, set you oven on 150 degrees, this will take a few hours and you will need to check it frequently and adjust the temperature depending on your oven so that it doesn’t burn rather than dry.
